Exchange ID Change for Category Z Messages - Effective Monday, October 12, 2009

Effective, Monday, October 12, 2009, CME Group will begin to utilize each individual exchange’s ITC 2.1 Exchange ID to disseminate ITC 2.1 Category Code Z messages down their respective ITC 2.1 Market Data Platform (MDP) Floor channels.  Currently, ITC 2.1 Category Code Z messages are disseminate with an Exchange ID of “M” for both CME and CBOT trading floor markets.  This change will also be implemented for the new COMEX and NYMEX ITC 2.1(MDP) Floor channels, which is the first time Category Code Z messages will be disseminated for these markets.

Testing Schedule:

Ticker tests will be held Friday’s, October 2 and October 9 at approximately 5:00 p.m. (Chicago Time).
