All:
We have identified your organization as one who currently receives NYMEX/COMEX pit-traded market data from the legacy NYMEX feed. CME Group is in the midst of a parallel migration for dissemination of this market data in the same ITC 2.1 format as you receive it today. As of the close of business on 01/09/09 NYMEX/COMEX pit-traded market data will no longer be available from the NYMEX feed. Vendors are encouraged to begin testing their ability to receive this market data from CME MDP prior to the hot-cutover in January. The data will be in the native NYMEX version of ITC 2.1 and will merely be routed over separate channels on CME MDP as follows:

It is the responsibility of each Vendor to manage the disconnection of BT Radianz circuits to the legacy NYMEX feed. Vendors should take into account that if they need to receive Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) data, they will need to retain their connections past the 01/10/09 date. DME data will be available via MDP later in Q1 of 2009, with a tentative implementation date as early as February 2, 2009.
