    • The CME Group FIX/FAST migration deadline of November 14, 2008, has now passed.  For those customers that failed to migrate by this date, they will be surcharged $12,000 per site retroactively to the original deadline of October 17, 2008.  

       

      The legacy RLC format market data will be eliminated no later than December 26, 2008, due to internal system dependencies.  Any Quote Vendors that continue to pull RLC market data will be charged as follows:

      ·          $4,000 per week in November

      ·          $6,000 per week in December

      The RLC Certification environment will be retired at 5:00 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, December 3.  The New Release environment will be retired at 5:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday, December 13.
