At the request of Standard & Poors’, please make changes to your applications to accommodate the following S&P real-time index changes.

S&P GSCI Gasoil Index Fractional Indicator Change

The fractional indicator for the S&P GSCI Gasoil Index (Ticker Symbol: G50) will change from 3 to 2 beginning Thursday, April 24, 2008. This change is due to climbing prices that will soon exceed 1000.

Dahlman Rose Dry Bulk Shipping Idex Code Change

The S&P Recommended Code will change on Thursday, May 1, 2008 for the following index:
