    • Please see the addition of one new index and a change in the underlying currency on two indexes that were launched in November 2007, below.
       
      CME to Begin Disseminating A New S&P Real-Time Index – Effective February 18, 2008
       
      Effective Monday, February 18, 2008, CME Group will begin disseminating one (1) new index detailed below. This index will be transmitted every15 seconds, with an Exchange Code of “M” via Channel 3 of CME’s MDP.
       
      The usual display fees for S&P Index data will not apply to any display of these Indexes, whether made to individual subscribers or on public websites. For all other S&P Indexes, the standard fees apply. This waiver is effective immediately until further notice from CME.
                                                 
      Note: There will be no corresponding futures contracts listed at this time.

       Change in Underlying Currency on Two S&P Real-Time Indexes -- Effective Immediately

      Effective immediately, the underlying currency on the two S&P Indexes below will be the U.S. Dollar, not the Euro as previously reported. These Indexes launched on November 5, 2007. Please update your records accordingly.
