    • Starting Monday, January 7, 2008 , all floor-traded CME dairy futures and options will open for trading at 9:05 a.m., Monday through Friday.

      This change does not apply to any CME dairy futures and options traded on CME Globex ® , nor to any CME Spot Call dairy markets. Additionally, closing times for all CME dairy futures and options markets are unaffected by this change.

      Current and new opening times are as follows:
