FINDINGS:
Pursuant to an offer of settlement in which Jefferies Bache LLC neither admitted nor denied the rule violations upon which the penalty is based, on October 28, 2014, a Panel of the COMEX Business Conduct Committee (“Panel”) found that it had jurisdiction over Jefferies Bache LLC Chicago LLC pursuant to Rules 400 and 402, as the conduct occurred while it was a Member firm.
