Update: New Version of CME Direct

Effective this Sunday, March 29 (trade date Monday, March 30), a new version of CME Direct will be implemented. This upgrade will require users to open the application by navigating to the Start Menu, then selecting the CME Group folder.

Launching CME Direct from a desktop icon will not properly load the new version.

This release allows users to replace their existing login(s) with a SMART Click ID, thus reducing multiple login credentials to just one username and password.

• Users with an existing SMART Click ID can claim their ID through a simple and easy login process
• Multiple logins can be merged into the same SMART Click ID
• Users without a SMART Click ID can create one here

Please note: Migrating to a SMART Click ID will be mandatory by Sunday, May 17, 2015.
