    • PC-SPAN version 4.5 build 593 is now available for download on CME CORE at:

      http://cmecore.cmegroup.com.

This version contains an enhancement necessary for proper margining of futures-style options.  CME will launch trading in futures-style options on Monday, October 12, with the launch of NYMEX BZO options, futures-style options on Brent Crude Oil futures.

In particular, this version is required if portfolios being margined simultaneously contain positions in both premium-style and futures-style options in the same combined commodity.  So for example, if you have accounts with the new BZO futures-style options, and if any of these accounts also have any of the existing premium-style options (BE, OS, BW1 through BW5), then the new version is required.
