FEC+: FIXML 5.0 2-Way API in New Release Rescheduled to 09/21/2011

The deployment of the FIXML 5.0 2-Way API to New Release has been rescheduled from 09/14/2011 to 09/21/2011 and will be available to test on the morning of 09/22/2011.
