CME Group Portal Site Maintenance May 6-7, 2011

In our ongoing effort to enhance user access to the CME Group portal site: http://connect.cmegroup.com, we will be performing scheduled maintenance this Friday, May 6, 2011 beginning at 10:00 pm CST.

As a result, all back office clearing staff that utilize the portal, must complete their processing before 10:00 pm CST.  This includes the following on-line applications:

• FEC and FEC Plus
• Clearing 21 Applications
• Clearing 21 Release II
• Exchange Fee System
• Document Direct
• EREP
• Positions
• Member Reporting System
• BPS and GPS
• Firm Contact System
• Deliveries Plus
• CBOT Large Trader

The portal will be back in service on Saturday, May 7^th at 9:00 am CST.  Firms are invited to test the Portal between 9:00 am and 10:00 am Chicago time, by logging into:

• http://connect.cmegroup.com.
• Access Front End Clearing and Positions at the same time.
• Select trade date Monday, May 9, 2011.
• Enter transactions and adjustments per normal (please note any data entered on Saturday will be purged from clearing).
• For those who are on the NYMEX trading floor, brokers and clerks are encouraged to access the applications from their own PCs or laptops.
• Please report any issues to CME Clearing Services at (312) 207-2525.
