Per Rulebook Chapters 841, 850 and 868, CME Clearing will not accept EUAs with serial numbers listed at http://www.holcim.ro/fileadmin/templates/RO/doc/EUA_identification_numbers.pdfCME Clearing validates each EUA that the Seller submits to our account at the UK Registry prior to releasing to the Buyer.Below are the Rulebook Chapters that discuss EUA Futures:
