    • On April 14, 2010, CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (CF) completed the Subsequent Exchange Offer for Terra Industries, Inc. (TRA). The merger was subsequently consummated on April 15, 2010. As a result, each existing TRA Common Share will be converted
      into the right to receive .0953 CF Common Shares and $37.15 Cash.
       
      This action will be coordinated with the Options Clearing Corporation.
