    • To satisfy Physical Delivery per Rulebook Chapters 852 and 870, CME Clearing will only accept CERs that satisfy “Eligibility Criteria” for international emissions trading specified in Article 17 of the Kyoto Protocol and Decision 11/CMP.1.
       
       
      CME Clearing validates each CER that the Seller submits to our account at either the UK or Dutch Registries prior to releasing to the Buyer.

      The current slate of NYMEX Environmental Products will be transferred from the NYMEX DCM to the Green Exchange DCM once Green Exchange applies for and receives DCM status from the CFTC.
