    • The merger between Sun Microsystems Inc (“JAVA”) and Oracle Corporation (“ORCL”) was approved and subsequently

       consummated on January 26, 2010. As a result, each existing JAVA Common Share will be converted into the right

      to receive $9.50 net cash per share.

       

                                                                             

      This corporate event will be coordinated with the Options Clearing Corporation.
