    • ACTION:                                                           Rackable Systems, Inc. (“RACK”) will change its name and symbol to Silicon Graphics International Corp. (“SGI”). The CUSIP# will changed from 750077109 to 82706L108. As a result, futures symbol RACK1C will be changed to SGI1C. This change will become effective before the opening of business on May 19, 2009.
       
                                                                              This corporate action will be coordinated with the Options Clearing Corporation.
