      Effective with the close of business on Tuesday, June 16th, 2009, the following changes will apply.

      1.  The method for calculating SOM charge for Nymex & Comex products will change in order to be consistent with the method for calculating Short Option Minimum (SOM) charge for CME & CBOT products.
      2. New SOM rates for certain products.
