Previously announced support for “Hybrid Transfer” in CME STP, with Trade Capture Report attribute /TrdCaptRpr@TrdTyp=3 (Transfer) has been postponed to Sunday, September 25 (trade date Monday, September 26), as noted in the CME Clearing House Advistory Notice. Further attributes and values are listed below to support Hybrid Transfer.

Clients are encouraged to test the messaging enhancements in New Release. Client systems certified for CME STP are not required to recertify.
This change is currently available for customer testing in New Release.
Effective Sunday, December 4 (trade date Monday, December 5), as required by CFTC regulation § 45.5, CME Group will add support for Global Unique Transaction Identifiers (UTI) to Side Regulatory Trade ID Group(/TrdCaptRpt/RptSide/RegTrdID) in CME STP Trade Capture Report(/TrdCaptRpt/).
Please review the CME Clearing House Advisory Notice for additional details. Trades transacted prior to transition date will continue to retain current Unique Swap Identifiers (USI).
This change will be available for customer testing in New Release on Wednesday, October 5.
