    • Effective Wednesday, December 12, 2018 6:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) (the “Effective Time”), Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) suspended eligibility of the Republic Metals Corporation gold and silver brands (“RMCO”) for delivery against the Exchange’s three (3) futures contracts (the “Contracts”).  Therefore, RMCO produced after the Effective Time shall not be eligible for delivery against the Contracts.
