Industry Survey Regarding Potential Amendments to the Contract Quality Specifications of the Soybean Meal and Soybean Oil Futures Contracts

The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT” or “Exchange”) is soliciting feedback from market participants regarding the protein levels in connection with the Soybean Meal Futures (Rulebook Chapter 13; Clearing Code: ZM; CME Globex Code: 06) and quality specifications in connection with Soybean Oil Futures (Rulebook Chapter 12; Clearing Code: ZL; CME Globex Code: 07) contracts (the “Contracts”) via an industry survey.   The deadline to receive such feedback is Friday, December 21, 2018.
