    • The NYMEX and COMEX Trading Annex (“Annex”) closure will occur upon the close of business on trade date Friday, November 30, 2018.  In connection with the Annex closure, amendments are being made to various CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX rules (the “Rule Amendments”), which will be effective on Sunday, December 2, 2018 for trade date Monday, December 3, 2018, pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
