Initial Listing of Twelve (12) Crude Oil Futures Contracts

(This SER supersedes SER 8194 dated July 10, 2018 to correctly reflect the Commodity Code of the Mars (Argus) vs. Dubai (Platts) Trade Month Futures contract as MDR as noted below.  No other changes have been made to the original SER.)

Effective Sunday, July 29, 2018, for trade date Monday, July 30, 2018, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) will list twelve (12) crude oil futures contracts provided in the table below (the “Contracts”) for trading on CME Globex electronic trading platform and for submission for clearing via CME ClearPort.
