    • Effective Sunday, July 15, 2018 for trade date Monday, July 16, 2018, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) will amend the NYMEX Rule 589. (“Special Price Fluctuation Limits and Daily Price Limits”) table (the “Table”) for the Brent Last Day Financial Futures contract (“the Contract”).
