    • New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) previously advised that the Exchange uses S&P Global Platts natural gas indexes for settling and clearing contracts (“NYMEX natural gas (Platts) products”) under a non-exclusive licensing agreement.  At that time, the Exchange further advised that such license for NYMEX natural gas (Platts) products will end on October 31, 2017 and will not be renewed.
