    • Effective Monday, January 16, 2017, New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”), (collectively the “Exchanges”) will amend the non-member Futures from Exercise/Adjustment Exchange fees related to certain NYMEX energy futures contracts and NYMEX and COMEX metals futures contracts.
