    • To improve the customer experience for access to account information, CME Group has included a new feature for the Audit Trail in the Risk Monitor application. 

      Previously, all historical changes to an account were accessible to users in the Audit Trail only up to and including the day the account was deleted and was then subsequently indicated as ‘Account is Closed’ with no historical changes.

      With this enhancement, the Clearing Firm Administrator will have the ability to search for deleted accounts at any given time and see all historical information in the Audit Trail.

      These changes are currently in New Release and Production.
