      Update - CME Group Account Management Services Launch

      Effective †Sunday, October 28 (trade date Monday, October 29), CME Group is launching a brand new CME Group Account Management Services (AMS) user interface. AMS supports account creation and account credit control settings, among other features.

      Please Note:

      • AMS will available directly from the Portfolio and Risk menu in the CME Customer Center.
      • Current Account Management functionality will continue to be temporarily available within CME Account Manager.
      • Existing users of account management functions in CME Account Manager will automatically be permissioned for the new AMS UI.

      Users must visit the following URLs prior to accessing the services in New Release or Production to add the new AMS UI to your CME Customer Center Portfolio and Risk menu. The URLs will be live on the service launch dates for each environment.

      Testing in New Release is highly encouraged to gain familiarity with the new interface.

      CME Group Entity Risk Management Launch

      Effective Sunday, November 18 (trade date Monday, November 19) CME Group is launching a new CME Group Entity Risk Management (ERM) user interface. With ERM, Clearing Member Firms can manage risk for users, firms, and products, including:

      • Setting policies, alerts and product restrictions at the firm level for CME Globex Inline Credit Control (ICC) service
      • Setting credit controls at the user level for trading on CME Direct
      • Restricting trading firms eligible for pre-negotiated trade submissions by trade type

      Prime Brokers and Central Clearing Counterparties will also use ERM to manage CME FX Link risk settings.

      Please note:

      • ERM will be available directly from the Portfolio and Risk menu in the CME Customer Center. 
      • Current Entity Risk Management functionality will continue to be temporarily available within CME Account Manager, 
      • Existing users of account management functions in CME Account Manager will automatically be permissioned for the new ERM UI.
