NewBest Practices for Connecting to CME Group Web-Based Services
As CME Group continues to modernize its infrastructure to enhance resiliency, performance, and scalability, endpoint IP addresses for web-based applications, APIs and GUIs may change as services transition to cloud-hosted environments.
To prevent service disruption during system enhancements, CME Group strongly recommends all clients and their service providers adhere to CME Group connection standards, including:
- Prohibition of Hardcoded IP Addresses
- Standard DNS TTL Compliance
- Egress Firewall & Proxy Configuration
- Multi-Region & Cloud Resiliency
