Update - New CME Reference Data API Enhancements - Event-Based Contracts

†The CME Reference Data API changes will be released Sunday, May 1, to support the upcoming launch of Event-Based Contracts. These changes to CME Reference Data API are launching in advance of the products to facilitate API client readiness.

†Event contracts are daily-expiring options on a non-tradeable (synthetic) monthly underlying future. Event contracts cash-settle to a fixed value if in-the-money by any amount. Additional details and product availability can be found in the Event-Based Contracts Client Impact Assessment.

These changes are currently available for customer testing in New Release.
