Effective on October 28, 2026, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) (collectively, the “Exchanges”) will implement an amendment to NYMEX/COMEX Rulebook Chapter 7, Rule 703.B. (“Load-Out”) to amend the load-out procedures in connection with the COMEX physically delivered Copper Futures contract effective on July 1, 2027 and January 1, 2028 (collectively, the “Rule Amendments”).
