SUBJECT:             Withdrawal of Application for Increase in Wheat Regularity

Notice is hereby given that The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT” or “Exchange”) received a request from The Andersons, Inc.  to voluntarily withdraw their application for an increase in wheat regularity at their facility in Toledo, OH (River Elevator).

This withdrawal is effective immediately.
