SUBJECT: Suspension of Approved Status for Warranting and Delivery of the Silver Brand under the Silver Futures Contract
Effective immediately and until further notice, Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has suspended the approved status for registration (warranting) and delivery of the following brand of silver against the Silver Futures produced on or after August 20, 2026, which currently includes the silver brand identified in the table below.

Silver produced prior to August 20, 2026, will continue to be eligible for warranting and delivery against the Exchange’s Silver Futures contract. Silver produced on or after August 20, 2026, will not be eligible for warranting and delivery until further notice.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) will be notified of the aforementioned during the week of August 24, 2026 via the weekly notification procedures set out in Part 40 of the CFTC’s Regulations.
