Effective July 13, 2026 for the August 2026 contract month and beyond (pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods), the Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) will increase the spot month position limit, single month accountability level and all month accountability level of the Lithium Carbonate CIF CJK (Fastmarkets) Futures contract (the “Contract”) as noted below and in Exhibit A and B of COMEX Submission No. 26-259.
