In connection with the listing of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc.’s (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) Freight Canada to China Futures (the “contract”) on trade date Monday, June 1, 2026 (See SER-9732 published on May 11, 2026), please note below and in Exhibit B of NYMEX Submission No. 26-097 the corresponding position limit (Rule 559), accountability levels, aggregation allocations and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contract. The new, financially settled contract shall have a diminishing balance.
