In connection with the listing of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc.’s (“NYMEX” or “Exchange”) Chicago Ethanol (Platts) BALMO Futures and Gulf Coast CBOB Gasoline A2 (Platts) Futures (the “contracts”) on trade date Monday, May 18, 2026 (See SER-9728 published on April 21, 2026), please note below and in Exhibit B of NYMEX Submission No. 26-176 the corresponding position limits (Rule 559), accountability levels, aggregation allocations and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts.
