SUBJECT: Regularity Approval for Aluminum and Lead
The Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has received and approved the application of GKE Metal Logistics Pte. Ltd. for regularity for the storage of aluminum and lead deliverable against the COMEX Aluminum and Lead futures contracts at their location in Hong Kong. The approved indoor capacity for aluminum and lead at this location is 6,500 metric tons.
The primary conveyance designated by the Exchange for aluminum and lead shall be truck. Primary conveyance shall be subject to the minimum guaranteed daily load out rate as prescribed in COMEX Chapter 7, Rule 703.B.3.b., contingent on any pending conveyance orders submitted prior to the primary conveyance order.
At all times, the regular facility shall be required to meet a cumulative minimum guaranteed daily load out rate as prescribed in COMEX Chapter 7, Rule 703.B.3.b. for all pending load out orders, on a first come first served basis.
