Effective March 30, 2026, and pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) and Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) (collectively, the “Exchanges”) will amend NYMEX/COMEX Rule 703.A. (“Designation and Obligations of Metal Service Providers – Conditions for Approval”) in NYMEX/COMEX Chapter 7 (“Delivery Facilities and Procedures”) and COMEX Rule 186101. (“Contract Specifications”) of the COMEX Zinc Futures contract (Commodity Code: ZNC; Rulebook Chapter 186) (the “Contract”) effective on March 30, 2026 (collectively, the “Rule Amendments”).
