In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) additional Event Contract Swaps on Golf Tournaments, Pro Tennis Tournaments and College Basketball (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 26-124 and Appendix A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 26- 124 shall become effective on March 12, 2026 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
