SUBJECT:    Withdrawal of Applications for Copper Regularity

Notice is hereby given that Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has received a request from ISTIM Metals LLC to voluntarily withdraw their applications for copper regularity at their New Orleans, LA and Riverview, MI locations. 

These withdrawals are effective immediately.
