In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on International Baseball and Pro Tennis Tournament (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 26-115 and Exhibit A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 26-115 shall be effective on February 27, 2026 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
