In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on Women’s College Basketball Games, Women’s College Basketball Season Champion, and Additional Event Contract Swaps on Men’s College Basketball Season Champion (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 26-103 and Appendix A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 26-103 shall become effective on February 19, 2026 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
