In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contracts Swaps on Pro Baseball Season Champion, Oscars Awards, and College Basketball Game Point Spreads, and Additional Event Contract Swaps on College Basketball Games and College Basketball Game Total Points (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 26-090 and Appendix A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 26-090 shall become effective on February 12, 2026 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
