In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on College Basketball Game Total Points, Pro Tennis Tournament Men’s Singles Champion, Pro Tennis Tournament Women’s Singles Champion, Pro Football Championship First Touchdown, and Pro Football Championship Time-Interval Touchdown (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 26-054 and Appendix A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 26-054 shall become certified on January 22, 2026 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
