In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on Pro Football Game Total Points, Pro Hockey Game Total Points, Pro Basketball Game Total Points and College Football Game Total Points (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 26- 023 and Appendix A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 26-023 shall become certified on January 15, 2026 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods. The Contracts will be listed in accordance with the Initial Listing Schedule detailed in CME Submission No. 26-023 (see SER-9661 published on January 13, 2026).
