In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on Pro Hockey Season Champion and College Basketball Season Champion and Additional Event Contract Swaps on Men’s College Basketball Games (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 26-012 and Appendix A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 26-012 shall become certified on January 9, 2026 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
