SUBJECT:     Withdrawal of Application for Copper, Lead, and Zinc Regularity

Notice is hereby given that Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX” or “Exchange”) has received a request from C. Steinweg (Baltimore), Inc. to voluntarily withdraw their application for copper, lead, and zinc regularity at their Baltimore, MD (Building 9) location. 

This withdrawal is effective immediately.
