In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on Pro Basketball Season Championship, College Football Season Championship, Pro Football Game Point Spread, College Football Game Point Spread, and Pro Basketball Game Point Spread (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 25-503 and Appendix B the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 25-503 shall become certified on Thursday, December 18, 2025 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
