In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on Pro Hockey Games and Men’s College Basketball Games (collectively the “Contracts”), please note in CME Submission No. 25-490 and Appendix A the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 25-490 shall become certified on Friday, December 12, 2025 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
