In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Event Contract Swaps on Pro Basketball Games, Pro Football Games, Pro Football Season Championship, and College Football Games Contracts (collectively the “Contracts”) (see SER-9634R published on December 1, 2025), please note in Appendix C of CME Submission No. 25-466R the accountability levels (Rule 560), aggregation allocations, and reportable levels (Rule 561) for the contracts. CME Submission No. 25-466R shall become certified on Friday, December 5, 2025 pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods. The Contracts will be initially available for trading in accordance with the Initial Listing Schedule detailed in CME Submission No. 25-466R.
