In connection with the listing of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc.’s (“CME”) Hourly Event Contracts on CME Group Futures Contracts (collectively the “Contracts”) on Friday, December 5, 2025 (see SER9624RR published on November 26, 2025), please note in Appendix C of CME Submission No. 25-400 the accountability levels (Rule 560) and aggregation allocations for the contracts.
